We want every Ayla bracelet to reach you safely, and to be something you genuinely love. Here's how shipping and returns work.
Shipping
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not yet available — we're working on it.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after they're placed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your bracelet ships.

*Delivery times are estimates after the order has shipped, not from the day you place the order. Add 1–3 business days for processing.
Order tracking
A tracking link is emailed to you the moment your order ships. If you haven't received it within 3 business days of ordering, please email us at patternandpractice.2026@gmail.com.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your bracelet arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) with your order number and photos if applicable. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery.
What can be returned
- Bracelets in original, unworn condition
- In original packaging with all materials intact
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
A note on "unworn": A brief size try-on is fine — we know you need to make sure it fits. But bracelets that show signs of wear (scratches, stretched cord, damaged stones, body oil residue) cannot be accepted.
What cannot be returned
- Sale or discounted items (final sale)
- Gift cards
- Bracelets that have been worn beyond a brief try-on
- Bracelets returned without original packaging
How to return
- Email us at patternandpractice.2026@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you return instructions
- Ship the bracelet back to us within 7 days of receiving the return instructions
- Once we receive and inspect it, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
Return shipping costs
- You're responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item — in those cases, we cover return shipping in full.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We can't be responsible for items lost in return transit.
Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different bracelet, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
